Getting Rid Of Love Handles

So you want to get rid of your love handles?  Well, the right exercises for love handles can do this for you.

No idea what exercises for love handles can effectively help you lose stomach fat for good?

No problem. That’s what I’m here for!

There are a lot of men all over the world grumbling about stubborn love handles that don’t seem to want to go away. Unfortunately, it can seem this way for a lot of people—I myself had that problem once when my belly was absolutely bulging at the sides. I nearly stressed myself out going to the gym every day and trying out different abs exercises, but to no avail—which then got me even more frustrated. Finally, I realized that it is not exercising alone that will get those love handles saying goodbye to me for good. It is a combination of dieting, exercising, proper food choices and good timing all at once.

Here are some tips I can give on on how to lose love handles and look and feel better in the process:

Set a goal and stick to it.

At the beginning of every journey, it is always important to know what you are aiming for. So measure your waist and make note of the measurements, and set yourself a particular measurement to look forward to at the end of your journey. This will keep you determine to keep the end in mind and keep working towards that prize.

Start choosing the right food to eat.

Food choice is an all-important part of the journey. Sometimes, it is merely the food that we choose to take in that has a lot of effect on our love handles. Load up on the good kinds of food—fruits, vegetables, rice, bread, anything that contains nutrients for the body—and avoid junk food entirely if you can. If you feel too weak to eliminate it completely, set aside one day of the week when you can eat your favorite junk food, but in moderation. This should help you balance out your cravings and still be able to eat and live well.

Balance food choices with the right exercises.

Make it a point to allow your body to get its daily dose of exercise. Studies have shown that instead of 1 full hour at the gym a day, another effective way to exercise and lose weight around the stomach is to do so in smaller increments—such as 20 minutes, 3 times a day. If you work in the office, there are desk exercises or chair exercises that you can do while working to make sure that you are flexing those stomach muscles and burning extra fat along the way (talk about being extra productive!)

For your lunch break, try brisk-walking in the nearby park or walkway for 10-15 minutes and see how this makes a difference in your energy.
